What I could change about myself—
Wish I could change about AFMC – DEEMED
INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY
I landed up in AFMC by
default with absolutely no clue about army, medicine and Life outside
my small
mining township in Tamil nadu- Neyveli. Within few weeks, I oriented to
be an AFMCite and 'rose' to become the mascot of the U batch whose war cry was:
Madurai Krishnan Shanmuganandan Chettiarki jai. Since circa 1986-2016 life has
been one huge roller coaster ride marked by postgraduation in medicine and
thereafter subspeciality in Rheumatology.
I was
fortunate to be posted as Instructor at AFMC thrice and consider it an honour
to give back to my almamater. I am glad and lucky to have been associated with
three things at AFMC.; Networking U batch by way of yahoo groups, ReUnion 2007
at Pune and holding AFMC Alumni secretary post for 2 years. I am sanguine that
the all the achievements and success that i have attained in this beautiful
life is because of immense support from my wife Mahalakshmi and my 2 sons Rishi
and Dhanush.
